LearningBuilder’s Large File Upload capabilities through Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) support video uploads and streaming without cumbersome downloads or third-party hosting.
Your users can upload videos or (if you like) choose files from an existing library. Reviewers, assessors, and evaluators can stream videos from a player in their browser window. If your program relies on practical assessments rather than computer-based testing, this new feature has the potential to seriously streamline those assessments. LearningBuilder can handle most WEBM, MP4, and MOV files supported by modern browsers. The system will reject unsupported files outright, saving time on file cleanup and correspondence. You determine the file upload destination, the maximum allowed file size, and whether users can access a file library. If so, they can upload videos at any time and then select files to add to their application or learning plan later on.
