Time flies! Spring may not have sprung yet, but it will be in full swing when LearningBuilder Academy returns for 2025.
Last year, after a pandemic-related hiatus and a big office move, we rebooted our annual in-person user group. This year, we’re excited to be gathering together once more. Read on to get the inside info on all things Academy:
What is LearningBuilder Academy?
LearningBuilder Academy is a way to build bridges with our user base. As your technology provider and partner, we see Academy as a chance to enhance your LearningBuilder experience through direct engagement and communication.
LearningBuilder Academy is an opportunity to get LearningBuilder customers, partners, solutions experts, engineers, and service representatives in the same room to cross-pollinate knowledge and collaboratively solve problems.
Together, we will gather to:
- Listen: What’s working? What could work better? What features do you want to see?
- Learn: What knowledge, tools, and best practices will optimize your operations?
- Share: What’s new? What’s coming? What does it mean for you?
LearningBuilder Academy is sure to improve your use of the system, with takeaways for both the big picture and the nitty-gritty. And we’ll even have some socializing, shared meals, and fun in the process!
When and Where Will LearningBuilder Academy Take Place?
Most Academy events will take place on Tuesday, May 6th, with the potential for an additional morning session on Wednesday, May 7th. We will host LearningBuilder Academy in Arlington, VA at our Heuristic Solutions HQ conference center. Located mere steps from the Rosslyn Metro station, this space boasts tons of light, great views, and comfortable, tech-ready meeting rooms.
What Can I Expect from LearningBuilder Academy 2025?
On Tuesday, May 6th, we’ll host a full day of exciting Heuristics updates and LearningBuilder roadmap highlights, customer round tables, and opportunities for networking and connection. We’ll introduce the vision and structure for LearningBuilder Academy, share our plans for the future, and explore topics you’ve requested to better support your success.
On Wednesday, May 7th, we are also considering offering a bonus workshop led by Heuristics CIO Christopher Butcher: “Risk Management Strategies for System-Related Changes.” When change needs to happen, it’s good to have a plan. In this session, get tips and tools to anticipate and manage change like a pro.
We are still firming up the details of this year’s programming, which means all registrants will have a chance to offer feedback on content and topics. Whether you’re a longtime user or new to the LearningBuilder platform, LearningBuilder Academy will be an opportunity to learn, share, and grow together. We really hope you can join us.
I’m Excited! What’s the Next Step?
