Release 11.0 – February 2022

New Major Feature:

We recognize that practitioners must often make decisions early in their certification and licensure journey that affect their options later. LearningBuilder’s new Application Pathways feature guides practitioners to make more informed choices about their pursuit of certification with:
  • Clearer descriptions of credentials and application options.
  • More engaging visuals to highlight next steps and calls to action.
  • A clearer representation of progress and deadlines to make sure people work on what is most urgent.
The release has special advantages for organizations that manage multiple credentials, with the ability to:
  • Encourage career growth by showing credentials that may not currently be available to a practitioner but that will be available to them after achieving necessary milestones.
  • Promote credentials that are of particular industry value.
  • Draw attention to credentials practitioners may benefit from — even if they don’t know it yet.
In addition to promoting credentials, Application Pathways can highlight non-credentialing processes, like volunteer applications, that build organizational capabilities. Want to know more?
